About Us

Serving Since 2011

Magdalene Iyamu Cancer Foundation is a Non Governmental Organization registered under Nigeria’s corporate affairs commission with registration number CAC/IT/NO64051. We are saddled with the responsibility to educate, enlighten and assist persons living with cancer.

Amongst the principle objectives for the foundation is the creation of medical awareness on the dangers of cancer and the need for early detection. The core reason for the establishment of this foundation stemmed from the unfortunate but glorious demise of my beloved mother-cum-confidant, Mrs. Magdalene Ekinadose Iyamu, who died from ovarian cancer on the 26th of October, 2011.
